The ultrasounds were fantastic. Both babies are growing well. Baby A went from 1lb 7oz to 2lb 13oz and Baby B went from 1lb 8oz to 2lb 10oz. All that weight gain and Tracy only gained 3lbs. Boy does she look beautiful. Baby A was show off today and posed wonderfully for the photographer but Baby B was being a little bit of a pain in the butt. The doctor said that Baby A is breech and Baby B is laying transverse. We are very excited and can't wait to meet our boys.

ReplyDeleteTracy, I feel your pain in the glucose testing. I am sure you are already imagining this, but it will SUCK. I did a 6 hour test. My reward was a trip to a restaurnt afterward where I ate like a pig after all of that fasting! It will help with johnny being there. Hang in there!
Tell Tracy to stay positive about the Glucose test. I failed my first one and was really freaked out about the possibility of having Gest. Diabetes. But I passed the second one. Yes, the test is a pain in the butt, but compared to all the other pains of pregnancy, this is just a small hurdle.
ReplyDeleteIf she does have gestational diabetes, it's gonna suck - especially when she gets cravings for things she can't eat. But the positive that you must take from it is that it will go away once the babies are born, and she will just have to watch what she eats carefully, which will help her not gain too much EXTRA weight, making it easy to lose after the babies are born. Gotta make lemonade out of the lemons!!
